The polaroid film hunt hasn't been going so well. I've tracked some down in Southampton, but it's pricey. I was lamenting this fact to my sister (who happens to be a Photo Lab Assistant), and she said that her work was selling off Polaroid film for the measley sum of £4.99 just a couple of weeks ago. Sadly there's no more left... My timing has never been the best!
Aside from polaroid hunting, we had a pretty lazy weekend. It's been far too hot to do anything - far too hot to even sleep! We spent the weekend eating picnics in parks, and ooh-ing and aah-ing over the tiny cygnets and goslings in the lake. So cute!
We weren't the only ones sunnning ourselves this weekend. We also chanced upon this cheeky fellow soaking up some rays...
Terrapins aren't native to Britain, so it was a bit of a shock to see him! I wanted to take him home, but he's pretty big, and probably a bit bitey, so we left him be to enjoy the sun. Like we did for the rest of the weekend!

eek! for some reason i can't handle turtles or frogs! i freak out more than if i see a spider.. don't ask, i'm wierd i know! :)

ReplyDeleteWill definitely try the Hong Kong/China sellers - I went back to the super expensive today at lunchtime, thinking I would just buy the dear film, but they'd all sold out, and now they don't know when/if they're getting more back in... :( x
