Project 365 - Week 15

Whoops, these are from last week.  The festive season has totally knocked me for six!  I'm going to try and be a better blogger this year, so we'll see how that pans out!

I hope your New Year was merry.  I'm not a New Year's girl to be honest - to me New Year always promises more than it actually delivers, but I have learned to love it in my own way, and still manage to celebrate (quietly!).

365/99 - We bought Lily a new toy for Christmas and all she wanted to do was play with the latch on her cage.  She was making it tickle her head here.

365/100 - In Aberdeen, visiting Friends, with moustaches.

365/101 - Aberdeen - looking misty and moody.

365/102 - Cow Slippers, a present from a friend.  Sorry for the grainy iPhone photo quality.

365/103 - Hogmanay (New Year's Eve).  Boyfriend and I had low key celebrations, involving a bottle of champagne, watching The Italian Job (the original, best version!), and matching hair.  Just how I like my New Year's to be!

365/104 - Taking down the Christmas tree - always a sad time!

365/105 - Lily, finally playing with her new toy - success!!

How is your January going?

xx

I think a low key New Year's Eve was the order of the day for a lot of us this year. It totally works for me!

  9. Love the matching hair... I also believe New Years Eve promises more than it delivers, so now I usually just consider it another night with great friends and great food, and that way I won't be dissapointed!
